Rules For The Wrestling/Practice Room

Be ready at practice start time (dressed & shoes tied)

Respect coaches and teammates at all times

No talking when coaches are speaking

No climbing on/playing with equipment in the room

No horseplay will be allowed during practice

Disrupting of practice will result in being sat out of practice

Repeated interuption of practices will result in being suspended from practice for 2 days

Disrespecting coaches will result in immediate dismissal from practice

No parents in wrestling room except coaches, 2nd grade on up.

Parents of pre - 1st grade are welcome in the wrestling room during practice.
